Please read these terms carefully before using ZARZOOM.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the ZARZOOM platform, you agree to be bound by these User Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZARZOOM to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and publish through ZARZOOM. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
ZARZOOM is provided on an 'as-is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Avatar and Likeness Uploads
If you upload photographs of yourself or other individuals as presenter reference images ("Avatars"), you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the individual depicted, or you have obtained all necessary consents, releases, and permissions from each individual depicted, including consent for the use of their likeness to generate synthetic video content; (b) the Avatar does not depict a minor under the age of 18; (c) the Avatar does not depict a public figure, celebrity, or other individual in a manner that could reasonably be mistaken for an endorsement, impersonation, or official communication; (d) you will not use Avatars or generated content to create deepfakes, deceptive media, non-consensual imagery, or any content intended to defraud, harass, defame, or mislead. ZARZOOM may refuse, reject, or remove any Avatar at its sole discretion and without notice. Automated validation checks are provided for your convenience and do not constitute approval or endorsement of the Avatar or any content generated from it. You retain sole responsibility for compliance with the terms of any third-party platform on which generated content is published and for the downstream consequences of publishing such content, including but not limited to account suspensions or bans imposed by those platforms.
